Solar, Axpert King Inverter, Polytech Batt - Possible issue

Hi there,
I decided to go the solar route, I got myself a few panels, Axpert King Inverter, Raspberry Pi and 2x 2.4 Polytech batteries.
Everything is setup and installed, as per the installer its setup to run : "Solar, Eskom, Battery" on the inverter.
Everyone who has an Axpert with the polytech batteries knows you need the Rashberry PI otherwise they dont work lekker together. In any case when I log into the rashberry Pi via the web portal (not sure if this is directly on the PI, and if the PI is feeding information to the site, which I can then access via the portal, i believe it to be the latter), I can see the attached.
The screenshots are telling me ALL the power is coming from the grid. I can see the solar is generating watts, but if you check the solar wats its running on 0. Which means its not being used?
If I switch off the mains, I can clearly see the solar watts boosting up which just confirms my suspicions.

Is this something that needs to be set on the Raspberry or on the Inverter?, I will gladly pay someone to come and fix this if you are in the gauteng area.

What does it show on the inverter LCD?
Well it seems like its drawing power from Solar and Eskom from the inverter (I connected via Bluetooth)
But the Inverter and the Raspberry PI contradicts each-other. So which one do I trust :P
 
How many panels do you have?

Remember the panels will only produce power according to the load required.

If your panels can produce 2kw but your required load is only 100 watts, the rest will go to waste.

Switch on a larger load in your house and check again what happens on the Pi.

That's why it's a very good idea to invest in a bigger battery bank.
 
That Raspberry Pi software is the pirated stuff floating around the market, the program from the ICC website works much better and often gets updated monthly from the developer.

It could be the problem why you not getting the correct info.
