Solar generation in rain/cloudy conditions

2 households on the property with lots of fridges and crap.
Fridges don't really use that much, when they are running it can be 60w and when on defrost maybe 180, but generally a fridge will use 1 or 1.3kw a day. So I guess if you've got like 5 of them it might start making a difference, you've got 30kWh available though.

I guess it depends on how many pvr dstv decoders there are.

Argh and there is the fights again sigh. Womens insistence on bathing... It's like somehow this magical thing that relaxes them or something I don't know, but when you say no, have a shower there is barely any sun and a bath takes a lot, you get moans and groans.
It's like what is really special about this bathing thing?

The bubbles?

The bubbles?
They don't even add them, maybe it's because I've been too tall for the average bath for like 28 years that they just don't appeal to me, but it's like you're laying there in your own soup.

Maybe they like to sit there and relax with a book or something until all wrinkled. You cant relax or get wrinkled in a shower. How long does the bathing take?

Sometimes two hours... Why would you want to relax in a shower? You hop in, you wash, you hop out.

You cant relax standing up even if you wanted to.

There you go, imagine a 2 hour shower.

Take the win.

There is nothing relaxing about a bath, I run a both every night, I am exhausted and sopping wet after the bath, have even more to clean up and just want a shower afterwards.*

*The bath is for a toddler and 5 year old.

Another thing that confounds me is people assume fridges and freezer use a lot of electricity, unless the thing is pre 2000s they very efficient(more so if you dont open hem p thousands of times a day) .

It's so much better when they can do it themselves. Though the one loves showers and the quickness of it, the lizard likes baths...

100%, it's always funny when people moan about how much power their fridges use, it's like guy your fridge is using 1 unit maybe 1.5 a day and that's if it's hot and it needs to cool down.
I've got a side by side, chest freezer and a bar fridge, combine those use 2.3 a day.

Generations not looking great today. But I should manage with a bit of cycling the batteries. All I really need is to reheat the geyser and charge the battery, houseload will be low today as it's just me. But the SO turned on the dishwasher before she left :( Should be fine.
