The only municipality that charges a fortune, doesn't provide anything and also prevents councillors from escalating tickets cause that should be done by the users, who have no way of escalating.

No, the solar is at my mates place while im chilling in Cape Town. Home owner in dbn is too cheap to fix asbestos roof in garage which is the best place to put panels.

It's easy.

The first column is the date. The second column is the kWh and then the 3rd column is the other kWh. Column 4 is different though, it is the other other kWh as is the 5th. Column 6 and 7 is pretty much useless.
