60 cm max lift is very weak ... depending on what u want to do

Pool solar pumps are hellishly expensive _ circa R15k if i recall correctly

Go big [-]or go[/-] at home - 5100 lt/hr bilge pump, baby! (BTW that's 1.42 lt/sec) Also, looked very reasonably priced on the pump side; may be ...entertaining getting a steady 8A at 12Vdc to it though (but you know how to work around that, don't you?)

On seeing that pic (I was there on other business today) the guy said the 5000-series pump would totally handle that. Which, at (nominal/claimed) 720lt/hr also suggests that this 800lt/hr or this 900lt/hr are also on the table. And all of those are basically a cup of coffee cost over a grand - hardly a bank-breaker.
