I recently had a solar installation for my Sunsynk inverter. The CT coil is connected, and exports are set to zero. However, when the installer enables solar, it trips the power from Eskom. I'm using a Conlog prepaid meter that connects wirelessly through batteries. Has anyone encountered and resolved a similar issue?

You'll need to get the muni to replace the meter as its too sensitive to tripping on feedback. (i.e. when your inverter feeds more power than you are drawing from the grid, and it goes into reverse, and the meter thinks you are tampering so shuts down).

Hopefully you have a legal install.

Most likely the CT coil is installed incorrectly or setup is incorrect
