Solar Water Feature pump

I've been searching for a solar powered fountain pump, but all I've been able to find are miniature ones capable of lifting water only a few centimetres. I need a pump that can lift water about a meter. It doesn't need a battery - It would be OK for it to run only when the sun is shining on the panel.
Any idea where to look, specifically Cape Town.

Perhaps a 12v pump designed for camping use might also work ?
