South African solar giant in major deal

One of South Africa's largest commercial rooftop solar power installers, Solareff, has completed a management buyout of Stanlib Infrastructure Fund II's majority stake in the company.

The Roodepoort-based company was founded in 2010 by brothers Jaco and DeVilliers Botha, who still serve as its CEO and COO, respectively.
