Solarman Smart app

Today marks 30 days after the installation of my rooftop solar plant. It has been working beautifully until today. I have decided to go to the office instead of work from home, and of course, that is when things get interesting.

My Solarman Smart app has stopped receiving updates since 6:25 this morning. So, I don't really know if my inverter is still inverting, my panels are still paneling or my batteries are still battering. I contacted the installer, according to him, they moved the data from Solarman Pro to Solarman Business and all should be ok. Except that it is not.

Has anybody else experienced something like this? Does this system have some kind of 30 day trial? Is the system broken? Should I restart my inverter? What now?

Maybe get back home and confirm it's also not working on your local network.

It could very well be an internet/dns/port forwarding configuration issue.

Willing to bet you left home at 6:25ish?

If the logger is in need of a good old "have you tried turning it off and on again?", what is the best way to do that?

I have no idea, I don’t have this setup.

I’m just saying it sounds like you leaving the house may be a part of the problem and if it suddenly starts working when you are home there’s likely a configuration issue.

Missed your last sentence - I only left an hour later - 7:30-ish, so I doubt that's the link. Also checked it on my Mesh WiFi app, can see the logger, so it may not be an issue on my side.

Long story short - app is working again, but plant is different. Installer has shared my plant with me from his profile, as the one created by myself seemed to stop working.
