I would suggest looking at some youtube reviews for those chinese products, they're not all bad. the other day eevblog reviewed a $9 chinese process meter and by the time I watched it all the online shops were out of stock. I mean even all these pakistani repair shops use chinise reflow stations, I'm sure they're fine for soldering arduino based projects etc so I would not really worry about it as you get guys using cheapass soldering irons from game etc

Thanks for the suggestion. The only downside I found with the Chinese website are I bought a 3D printer for my self last year from banggood and I payed like R1 200 for shipping and customs came and I had to pay another R1 000 so that's the only reason why I would rather buy from amazon since they use private couriers and not the post office, but I will look around on Aliexpress since I have never shopped with before.

Bought a magnum directly from them earlier this year. Fantastic product. Worth the money.

Magnum have a good product at a good price. Not only that they also can sell you spares (and believe me if you do any soldering you are going to need them!)

And they are very helpful. The owner gave me some good advice about the different soldering stations. Overall very satisfied with the product. The best part is that it is local.
