Solid Black X1 availability

So i decided to get the X1, specifically asking Autopage for the solid black colour in an email, yet was sent the Silver. I want the black so i told them swap it, but they tell me that the black X1 is not in stock and even the suppliers (sony ericsson themselves) dont have them.

Anyone got a black X1 recently?

The Black X1 is mostly available in Europe & Asian markets, the local SP's have chosen the Silver as their initial preferred choice. The Black may become available in the future from the SP's ?

My friend who got his X! from MTN SP Corporate struggled to get the black one, waited 3 weeks before they source one for him eventually.

I should be getting a black one as well... But it was sourced internationally, not local stock...

But according to MTN, they got in a shipment of black X1's but they are going like hot cakes.

The silver ones does look awful compared to the black one

mtn eco park had 4 black ones when i was looking for one
that was a month ago
