Thats the biggest issue most online based shops have and thats where we want to be different. We've got 1 compTIA A+ and N+ certified techie so far and I'll be doing my ratings over December so we can offer educated opinions on technical enquiries.

Busy testing the website as we speak, can't wait for it to go live...
