Solo panel for outside Arlo wifi camera

Hi Guys,

I am looking for a solo panel that can power up and charge my Arlo pro camera.
I am not sure what i will need for this as the camera is 5v and 3amp. Less than 3 amps will power the camera but wont charge the batter.

You need a 100W panel a 10A charge controller, could be lower but I have never seen anything lower than 10A, you will also need a 12V to 5V dc converter.

What camera is it..? It might have a matching solar panel already..

This might work, though the specs aren't listed and I am too lazy to research it further..
