some advise please (3g / adsl @ office)

i refer to this unit:

Billion 7300GX ADSL 2+ Wireless 802.11g ADSL Modem/Router with 3G/HSDPA

i currently have adsl line here, if i go tthat unit and a 3g card/simcard would i be able to when my adsl line goes down simply be able to set it to use the 3g for a connection till my adsl line comes back on? do i need anything else? would it use the same IP address for both? as in would i set my gateway to the units IP or does each connection have their own IP?

Your LAN gateway IP address would have to stay the same otherwise the whole solution would not work properly.
