I have the Linksys DD-WRT firmware Wireless router (WRT54G) for wireless connection. My Telkom 5100 4 port router is plugged into the linksys via a router port on the Linksys. What is the better regarding DHCP, currently the Telkom 5100 is the DHCP server with the requisite DNS ip's set up on it. Should I rather have the linksys as the DHCP server (with the SAIX DNS servers specified) or is it 6 of the one and 1/2 dozen of the other - i.e. no difference.
I have tried to plug the T5100 into the router via the WAN port but I can seem to get it working (even after selecting bridge mode on the 5100)
