I reloaded Windows 7 ultimate x 64 last night.
I now cannot see my IDE drive????
I can see it in the device manager and also if I click on manage, disk properties but in my computer its gone.

WTF??

Plugged into USB bay and same thing.

Have you tried to assign a letter to the drive? Sounds like windows 7 is confused.

Go to control panel, admin tools, computer management, storage, disk management. Do you see the drive there?

Seems it was the Windows install for some reason, tried another copy and it worked. Thanks
