Can anyone tell me what telkom does if ones exchange is very congested? as from 7pm since 11/05/11 on my mweb 4mb uncapped my net goes balls up before 7pm i have not one single problem soon as 7pm hits my speeds are up and down cant play online cant even surf the web properly

How do you know its telkom if your using an MWeb account?
Sounds like a congested exchange to me. You can log a fault with telkom and they should send a techie out to investigate. It happened to me and I asked them directly if the exchange was over utilized, thankfully he was honest enough to say yes. They were however able to route me to a different exchange. Problem sorted.
