"The Wall Street Journal's Walter Mossberg wasn't the only person to get hold of an iPhone for review, and the first batch of real opinions - based on the views of people who've actually touched and used the device - is out."

It's a great marketing tool though. It once again promotes Apple which used to be an exlusively computer company to a more diverse market. :) Still at $3000 they must be crazy :). Also I hope the audio quality of the songs is better than many previous iPods, because once you listen to a Creative Zen you don't go back to an iPod.

Haha, that's the price DSTV's News channel thing had the iPhone pegged at :). They also mentioned a Rand figure of R21.000! Could they have been wrong? :) I thought it was $399 before. :)

$3000? ROFL.
I must admit when i first saw the iPhone i was interested, but now after seeing its pathetic features i'd be much happier with a n95/e90
