Some questions on this Smart M contract.
This is the package we have for one of our employees.... started October last year.
BLACKBERRY Q10 LTE (INCL UNLIMITED BBM TEXT) @ R399 PM (R100 + R299 Subs) on Smart M
1) Is the unlimited BBM text capped at all, because he feels like he is being charged for data used (he doesn't use whatsapp or anything else).
2) Is it text only, or is he allowed to send pics/video with the unlimited BBM?
3) What is his data allowance outside of BBM? When we took the contract he thought it was 500 Mb, but now it seems like it is only 300Mb?
Do we have to call technical support for these answers?
I did ask Ockie already, waiting for his help!
