Some tips as to set-up workstations on a network?

Scenario:

50 New Workstations need to be added to an existing subnet on a network. I was wondering if you guys could give me some input regarding the following:

1.) Server side router requirements and config?

2.) Client side requirements and config.

3.) Image creation, configuration and installation considerations.

A CISCO Router will be used. The existing subnet has 100 workstations connected, uses DHCP & Domain Server, as well as a proxy server.

You'll need to give a little more detail.

1) What kind of server are you using?

2) What client OS'es are you running? Are they Thin Clients?

3) See 1) and 2)

They are HP XW8200 Workstations using WDS and PXE from a Windows Server 2008 platform. The clients are running Windows 7 Ultimate.
