How about doing some tracerts to the following websites, just for informational purpose only? I would find it very interesting. State whether you've been capped or not, and which ISP you're using.

1) www.google.com
2) www.bbc.co.uk
3) www.japantimes.co.jp

You can do one by starting a command prompt (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt) and typing "tracert <address>" or if you're on Linux "traceroute <address>".

Copy and paste the results here. I'm mainly interested in seeing the ROUTING. :)
 
Tracert as requested. I am uncapped. (I think [;)])

Why do they all hit newyork? Are they routing everything to US and then back? Seems silly for the bbc as it's in the UK already. Or am i missing something?
