Someone please interpret these line stats

How is this? And that attainable rate, does it mean I can get 10meg?

The attainable rate means that theoretically, using the line stats, you should be able to get 10meg.... that is, if the exchange supports it.

I reckon it does.... although it seems weird that you're upstream is only syncing at 507, and not 512kbps. You should maybe ask for them to resync or reset your port.
Generally you get off-standard syncs when the line won't sync at full speed, but in your case it looks fine (apart from that 0dB, but it probably just doesn't have a a reading for you).
