Someone thinks I'm a DNS server..

Switch of your router for 20min and you'll get a new IP.
Tried this again, my OpenWeb account finally got another IP addy after leaving it off for about 20 mins, so the requests have dissapeared from there.. I guess some other poor sucker's gonna get them now. :p
My other account though (Vox Telecom) might as well be a fixed IP from the looks of it.. 3 hours off an I still get the same IP..

Get a proper firewall (smoothwall/ipcop/pfsense)...

I dont think so. Ive been using mikrotik for a few years now (8+). You just need to setup your firewall rules correctly

On the mikrotik wiki there are some great scripts to blacklist certain IPs from abusing your router. I have port knocking configured on mine, so if I wanted to get into my network from somewhere else I can
