Hello Deborah. How are you? Good blog http://swisssforex.com/im/
Some how Dana Morales used my email address to send it out but I have not clue how? no one has my details, also nothing on my outlook sent items . I was not connected to the internet at that time

Your email address was faked by the sender usually a spammer.
Usually it does not originate from your computer.

Unfortunately this is how your email address can be blacklisted for spamming.

It would not hurt to check your computer for Malware/Spyware either.

Yep, there is a huge rise in this, mechanisms to prevent this is to implement SPF and DMARC policies, then you can go hard core with blacklisting and whitelisting (which limits communication to a extend). Our domain was blacklisted like this in the Netherlands, quickly corrected this issue though and promptly integrated policies to protect us outside SA.

Hi, I recently had a similar thing happen. It was caused by a "dropper" trojan which my antivirus program hadn't detected. Only found it after installing Malwarebytes - found 3 trojans in the first scan. Can highly recommend that you try it. Great for detecting malware that other software doesn't find. Good luck!

Great for detecting malware that users installed as browser add-ons / toolbars as well. ADW and Hitman too.
