Something wrong at MTN?

I've got a MTN MyCall 100 contract and this morning just got disconnected, for no reason. Been trying all day to contact MTN Helpdesk, but after waiting 47 minutes on the first call & 18 minutes on the second, I gave up.

Anyone know what is going on? :confused:

Just an Update:

This has been escalated and hopefully will be able to resolve before 17:00 this afternoon.
