SONA 2020 - Ramaphosa makes familiar promises

President Cyril Ramaphosa delivered his fourth state of the nation address on Thursday, stating that the licensing of high demand spectrum will be concluded by the end of 2020.

“An important condition for the success of our digital economy is the availability of high demand spectrum to expand broadband access and reliability,” Ramaphosa said.

I am scratching my head in disbelieve as to when and how they earned all those medals.

Right or wrong at least other nations are constantly in some war zone so it makes sense that some military personel get new medals but wtf is the requirements for these goons to get all those ribbons.

Do we handout honorary medals to our "ranking" officers ?
