What happened?

I wanted to sign up with them for my parents, but when I saw the form I need to fill, and the home business feel, I paused.

Did you have technical or accounting issues?

I’ll rather pay more that battle with a company.

I had a 15mbps line paid like R1500pm worked wonderful first few months, then everyone few days i need to email them because my line is slow. It was so bad lately at night that i could barely get 2mbps and then they told me the sites are congested and they working on improving it and its been weeks now.

Have like 8 friends with different ISPS that play the same game but they not lagging or getting bad packet loss in games. I am though, but apparently it is cause the internet is taking strain, but only for me it seems. :ROFL:
 
Probably the worse isp imo. I got a 10mb wireless connection from them and it has never worked properly since install. Mostly i get 2mb .

stay far away from sonic telecoms, herotelsonic
Their technical team is a joke never return calls

Also seems like they have no clue what packet loss is

Check helopeter reviews and google reviews
 
Just stay away from this company, no problem solving but they gladly take your money

Just so you know, the company he (OP) is referring to is Sonic Wi-Fi. Not in anyway related to Herotel group or Sonic Wireless/Sonic Telecoms. :thumbsup:

I don't know if you are referring to Sonic Telecoms or Sonic Wireless but Sonic Wi-Fi (based in the Overstrand) has a fully operational call centre from 8am to 9pm 7 days a week for any issues you may experience while using our system.
 
We are referring to herotelsonic previously sonic telecoms
