Hi,

Is anyone on sonic wireless gaming on the Xbox one?

If yes, could you please tell me what router and equipment they installed?

Please do a multiplayer test on the Xbox as well.

Reason, I am currently with a wisp and they cannot help me get the port forwarding right for my xbox. I cannot play any multiplayer formats. I am locked out of the Mikrotik router which was supplied, so I cannot troubleshoot from that end.

Did the multiplayer test and it cannot find the Teredo IP. Did the necessary troubleshooting with no luck.

I am at my wits end here, it use to work perfectly, now it's gone pear shape.

I just game and download updates/games on the wireless link.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
 
Use to work with same config/kit and it just stopped working?
 
Dude... I am with Sonic Wireless and yes same Mikrotik router and yes, I did have that problem. The NAT type was Strict and it would not allow you to get into party chats and I couldn't find matches on FIFA 17 and I would get kicked out on Battledfield 4 mid games... this was just a really traumatic experience for but finally after countless calls and back and forth emails, they got it right.

You are correct, they will not let you into the router to configure it yourself. Only they can do it which is the most frustrating part.
 
Mine also came right by itself yesterday, I don't know what they did. Been struggling for days with them, back and forth as well.

I still get a strict NAT but can join parties and find games on FUT.

Is your NAT open?
 
Yeah my NAT is open... you are lucky to be able to find games with a strict NAT... You don't play seasons, do you? Cause thats where I struggled to find matches.

How did you get your NAT open?

Ok no problem, need a pro clubs member as well.
