Sonoff connection advice

Hi, I want to connect my 'Sonoff SV Inching /Self-Locking WiFi Wireless Switch 5V 24V' to the automated garage door unit.



I've done this before with the motor gate, but the labels (12v+-,COM,NO) matched up to the sonoff 12v unit, so it was quite straight forward.
Unfortunately, I am not sure where the connections go on the garage unit, seeing as the labels differ.

I see there is currently a red and black wire running to the alarm unit from PB/GND.



I am also not sure, if the 24v takes up 2 holes, and if the last hole is just not labeled/used.

Could anyone advise as to how to make the connections please?

Have a similar setup at home. Took some fiddling initially. This is how I have it connected up.

Hope that helps. If not can take the cover off and send a photo of the other end.
