Sonoff Mini - 2 issues

I've got a few T1's and Basics, got my first mini this week to play around with.

1. What I noticed though is that I hear the relay in the Mini click when switching it on, but it takes a second or two for whatever I've plugged in to actually turn on. Is this normal? Experienced it with original firmware and with Tasmota

2. The physical switch I was using on s1/s2 worked fine when using original firmware - but now with Tasmota it's not working. No click from relay or change on the mini's tasmota web interface. This is my GPIO layout.



Any ideas?

you have a mock up of your wiring or what you are powering?

a small delay can be expected but nothing drastic

Have you checked under the "based on", does it have a Sonoff mini option?

I did check yeah - it didn't have a based on option.
