Looking for some guidance on what to wire to what (Sonoff to motor). What seemed obvious at first is not. All "motors" seem have their own wiring.

Please treat this as a guide for Dummies. Pictures/scribbles/anything would be appreciated.

I have 2 Sonoff switches and a garage and gate motor I would like to control.

Here is the Sonoff switch:

Here is the Gate Motor (ET300):

Here is what I have on the garage motor (Powerlift South Africa):

How to

Except you won't be connecting TRG & COM to the Sonoff but rather GND & PB.

It seems you could also easily power it from those PIN outs on the Gate Motor so 24V and GND to where it says 12V and COM in the link.

My bad I see there is a Garage Motor & Gate Motor in the OP. I was referring to the garage motor part above.

Thanks, will try that!

If you want to be sure beforehand just take a wire or paper clip and touch the two pins together.

If it opens then there you go.

Also confirms if you need to use Normally Open or Normally Closed on the Sonoff.
