Nope, I still don't think Windows Mobile 6.1 will be a direct competitor to S60 Touch UI, they need to come up with something that will suit all users, not mostly business users.
Windows Mobile was announced in an Asus, so slowly its coming out

Looks pretty great compared to the Xperia videos. I hope SE has more up their sleeves.
