I'm looking to get me a Sony Reader - please don't try and sell me on other brands.. I've seen the Sony, I like it and I want it!

Anybody know who stocks them in the Jhb area or who has the best price?

I don't want to sell you on other brands so much as un-sell you on the Sony. Seriously they have gotten really bad reviews, esp the new ones. There are better options out there.

I have the Sony Reader Pocket Edition (PRS300). I had to import it. Please note that to access the Sony Store you need to have a US address (and possibly a US credit card).

I agree with cerebus. Sony had to withdraw their readers a year ago because they were such a flop. I know they're reintroducing them but I am glad I didn't buy one.

If you're still stuck on it, call Sony directly. I've had good service from them when trying to get my Vaio. They won't sell it to you but they will tell you where or make a plan.
