Sony unveils new motion controller PlayStation Move

Well the pegs in the ground now. I wonder how MS are going to counter?
 
Will be interesting to see what we'll be charged for it...if the expensive Dual shock 3 is anything to go by then they can rather keep it (although I do remember seeing the PlayStation Eye camera cheap somewhere so maybe it won't be too harsh).

Well if the Eye & Move and bundled together I wouldn't be too bad a price. Saying that I'll probably still get somebody to import it for me. When is Autumn in the States? September?
 
I actually stunned that the Wii has sold almost as many consoles as the Xbox and PS3 put together

Wii is also comming out with there Wii HD next year so that should give something for PS3 and Xbox to think about all the control stuff of the Wii with PS3 Graphics can't be a bad move

If Natal lives up to the hype it will blow both of them out the water.

Yeah, then again if you analyze it technically from a electronics viewpoint then well....we will just wait and see! :D
 
Actually would have been interesting to have Natal and the Wand (sorry I mean Move) together - just for some form of controller that is connected together with the Natal gesture concept...but then again it's like asking Microsoft and Sony to work together on the next gen console.

Well? The "Move" and the EyeToy cam works together? Whats the difference? As far as I remember hand signals is for the handicapped and smoke signals died with the Indian tribes!
 
Simply Sony and MS trying to cash on the nintendo hype. Too bad these companies are nowhere as innovative and creative as Nintendo therefore making this hardware a possible flop. I mean, wtf with the coloured ball on top of the move? lol. There must be some sort of string attached to it so that you can try to get that coloured ball on top of the stick.
