Sony WF-1000xm4 battery replacement

Anyone know where I can replace the battery for my WF-1000xm4 earbuds? My right earbud recently started draining heavy and Sony isn't much help. Preferably in Pretoria area.

Have you tried the firmware update released December 2022..? It's supposed to address battery drain issues..

Could be that you are in dire need of an ear irrigation/syringing session. You can make a booking at most Dischem/Clicks clinics.
