Sony Xperia S

Ditto. Very nice phone, ics works well. Has better display (higher res, better dpi) than iPhone 5. And most features are better than iPhone 5.

But this thread is old, Xperia S is now being replaced with Xperia T with much improved specs.

The S still seems to be a sweeter handset than the T to me... S still better specs.

The T has larger screen, same resolution but lower ppi and only adds slightly improved CPU+GPU, SD storage +1MP more in its camera.

Still going for about R5K on prepaid and I suspect the price will drop once the T comes out.

Hello guys. I am looking at getting the Xperia V if and when we are getting it here. But a question though. I have read some posts on the interwebs that people are complaining about battery life on Sony phones. How are you guys finding it? Is it a problem? I am asking here in the Xperia S thread cause the battery and screen of the two phones are basically the same.

Battery on my P lasts about a day, which isn't great. Sometimes it drains faster then a day if I use it for games or heavy browsing
