Time to once again upgrade and tie myself into a 2 year contract...

My current phone, a Sony Xperia X, have served me very well and after a couple of cringe worthy falls still has it's original (crack-free) screen. Since this phone is still doing well, I can take my time and wait for the best deal to swing by.

My first choice is the Sony XZ3, although I have been looking at the Mate 20 Pro (till the screen issue popped up).

There isn't any news, that I could find, that the XZ3 will come to South Africa in 2018. By mid-2019 the XZ4 (or whatever name they decide on) will be released.

My question is: does any one know if (and when) I can expect the XZ3?

Thanks Scooby_Doo - have checked it out, but since I use my phone as a second backup in my camera setup (or when hanging a camera bag isn't an option), the XZ3 is my choice.

[Have heard the S61 has a laser measure tool!]

XZ2 came to SA 3 months after it was revealed globally so I'll say next month or January 2019.
Previously we only had to wait 1 month for their flagships to arrive, don't know what happened this year.
