Soooo.. how is No Nut November going?

I know what cold showers do to me - but then being female it is possibly slightly different to what it does to men

Start with a hot shower and very slowly make it colder and colder. Not to freezing - just till all your skin tingles and takes your breath away as it runs down your back and through your hair. I find it invigorating.

Sounds like my normal shower most mornings, and not out of choice. I live in a complex and there is some dickwod somewhere that decides to flush the toilet or also run a shower or fill a kettle or whatever he/she does at 6:15am :ROFL:
If I go shower at 6:10am I am safe
 
Bwahahahahhahahaha I have that too - when someone uses the other bathroom or runs water in the kitchen. At least it goes cold and not hot.

You shower fully cold regularly, intentionally? I did it for just over a year once...those showers at some .am nighttime when you've got home late or need to head out early - that in winter was not fun.

Yup, cold quickly - I'm like a Ninja clinging onto the walls with my pinky toe put forward onto the shower splash to wait for a warm spot before re-entering to the middle to carry on soaping down at a normal heart beat

Nooo in winter I would not. I only do it when I am feeling hot

Would love to hear more... Why? And what on earth kept you doing it for so long? It must have been beneficial?
 
Come on, be honest, are there any survivors? Did anyone actually go through this?
