You don't need to agree with a party's policies to vote for them.

Which is why I'm seriously considering EFF as my provincial vote come next elections.
He cannot get himself to vote for whites....shame!

Highly unlikely, CR thinks Zuma should still be treated with dignity..Lets hope not. If I was CR watching that SOPA I would actually bow my head in shame thinkg "Jissis .... my own people are a fcking embarrassment"
Voting for people whose sole aim is to take that business interests away is really going to help. Rather vote COPE.

IMO it has less to do with race and more the absolute uselessness of both the DA and ANC.
Humans are tribal. It's why blacks in America almost always vote Democrat. It's why those whites in the southern states always vote Republican. It's why whites in SA always vote DA. It's why blacks in SA always vote ANC. The DA will never get the majority black vote in SA because regardless of the party's aptitude, it will always be seen as a "white party". Mmusi Maimane being the leader now helped a bit but still hasn't changed. In fact, many blacks don't see it as progressive, they see him as a sellout or uncle tom. I'm actually curious as to the current demographics of the Western Cape. The main reason why DA wins in WC is because the majority population are coloureds and they mostly vote DA. However, I'm wondering if the demographics have shifted towards an increase in WC's black population. If so, that could result in the ANC winning and that will be a sad day for WC.
