sos!N8 stuck on start up

my N8 is stuck on start up screen,i used to solve this issue on my N82 by removing the battery,what do i do with the n8?sent it in for 4weeks of repaires,let the battery die out,recharge and switch on again,request a pakistani to remove the battery...i must indicate one of the mtn consultants did warn me about N8 software issues,

the battery died out,i recharged and its working again,but the booting seem to take longer than ussual
