Sour Dough Starter Needed

Here is the latest try! I think I am def making good progress. 60% Rye 40% whole wheat. Pumpkin seed and caraway seeds. Best loaf yet!

Must say I absolutely love his videos. At the end of the response video Jacques challenged him with a deboned chicken which he did perfectly. He tried making moz and couldn't get it right so he went to Italy to learn from the masters.
