South Africa's worst ISP ? Datapro ?

Anyone else had to to deal with the pathetic Datapro accounting department. I have requested, in writing, several times that they cease to debit my account, yet that keep debiting me for amounts which are not even related to my company. And this 3 years after I stopped hosting with them.

I get no response to my emails or messages left with Datapro. I have asked the bank to put numerous stops on the debit by Datapro but it only lasts for 6 months at which time Datapro debit me.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can prevent Datapro from doing this ?

We had the same problem with them... just put a stop on payments... phone the bank.

DataPro don't understand "Cancel".

they understand it but they also understand how many clients would not check their accounts

My Company got a nasty letter from Datapro's Accounts department saying that we are in arrears on our account. Now we too pay by debit order and upon further investigation, it turns out that they actually owe us money....lol, somebody doesnt know the difference between a debit and a credit at datapro....lol....bloody idiots.
