South Africa DOI

This might have been posted before. I went around and collected the DOI (Digital Opportunity Index) information from ITU and this is the comparison that South African telecoms and Broadband are operating on. It's a little worrying I suppose.

If only the rest of the country would take note at the extraordinary prices we are paying, perhaps we'd have some progress with Telkom.
