Proxy's can cache international data, where as you will use only your local cap ;-) ... i got a hunch thats the REAL question or reason for his search ;-)

there is always openbrowse, for small fee you have international browsing via opewenb's proxy

You can connect to the net with virgin when airtime is finished (but cant surf) - can you use proxy to bypass this?

OpenPortal.co.za use to have a proxy, that you could use to browse international with local cap. That was the only web proxy there was, it is however no more due to several cases of abuse.
