Soweto shops looted in electricity protest

Ok so they are offered to have their debts completely wiped clean and still won't pay? Cut them off. They don't need the electricity.. They can use fire to cook and boil water.... those who pay get electricity those who don't, don't.
 
"Soweto owes Eskom in the region of R8 billion, and has a payment rate of approximately 16%."

By the time this shyt is sorted they will owe 16 billion , the ordinary subscriber to Eskom must just lube up .

The day is coming when the price of electricity will be to much , then we can all steal electricity .
