SpaceX's final test before first astronaut trip

Elon Musk’s rocket company has one last, major hurdle to clear before it attempts an historic first flight of astronauts for NASA: proving it can safely abort a mission if something goes wrong after takeoff.

A Falcon 9 rocket with Crew Dragon spacecraft is slated to launch from Kennedy Space Center in Florida during a four-hour window that opens at 8 a.m. local time on Saturday. [Bloomberg]

What an awesome event. SpaceX has these things on lock. I just watched it live, but the video should be available for replay now.

Watched it live. Amazing feat for a private company.
