I've been having a serious issue with porn spam over the past 2 months, usually up to 10 mails a day. Its weird because a few machines at my office are experiencing exactly the same spam. I figure some sort of email worm has infected the machines at work and subsequently I am now receiving them at home. I dont know much about spam / spam control, but our IT consultant at work reckons that my ISP is the only one that can solve this problem, hence that is why I am posting this here... if it should be elsewhere, please advise.

Anyways, I've sent over 50 of these mails with headers to the iburst abuse report address, and have still had no response, and its been over 2 weeks now.
Anyone have any idea how I can get this resolved, its really annoying... I've installed 'IHateSpam' and 'MailWasher', but they are useless, because the mail is still penetrating the ISP mail server, and I still have to manually sift through all of it because they are all fake email address's  ... help!!! please!

I've attached a scr of my inbox after 3 days... (personal email removed obviously)

And here is an example header, if this means anything to anyone?

I've got AVAST constantly running, it has worm protection, and runs a daily scan, but let me see what I can dig up, I haven't run any other software... any recommendations....?

EDIT: just checked now, looks like it wasn't doing a daily scan, thought it was.... but was updating the virus database ! Scanning now lets see what comes up....

Dont use your iburst address for email, get gmail. And now you put your email address on the post above any other bot can scan the forum and harvest it!

O damn, didn't even think of that.. thanks... I've added some garbage to the address..

I don't want to just give up my iburst address, I have a gmail account too, but I like iburst pop/smtp. I dont believe I should be scared away and just give up... I pay for this address and want to make use of it.... I would rather fix it.
