Spam SMS from Standard Bank?

Anyone have an idea what's up with this:

Dear <Name> <Surname>, DO NOT REPLY!
Have you seen the Big Brother Cameras?
They are watching!. Regards, GM Office

I received this SMS twice this morning, which in itself is nothing abnormal given the SMS spam these days, but what caught my attention is that it was sent from +27 83 300 1171, which is one of the numbers used by Standard Bank to send their MyUpdate and balance update SMS's.

Has anyone else seen these or know what they're about?

It's not just a Standard Bank number - it's the number of whichever sms provider Standard Bank is using to message clients (probably MTN, looking at the number?)
