Spanish Schengen Visa

Hi.

Does anyone know if i can apply for the visa at the Spain Honorary Consulate in Johannesburg? or do i have to go to pretoria?

I'm sure it would be fine else we would all have to trek up to pretoria for a visa. How bout calling them?
