OMG?
First you don not braai wors on fire, you braai it on hot charcoal.
Second, only idiots cut wors on the fire/coals. Then all the juice runs out. The whole idea of braaiing wors is not to break the skin so the juice does not run out.
You braai your wors, take it off and let it rest a few minutes for the juices to settle before you cut it.
