Speaker phone for Tech support guy

Can anyone recommend a supplier of good, high quality, crystal clear speaker phones for Tech support guys. Invariably their hands are frequently engaged in tech activities and need to be able to communicate to users/clients. I find these small battery charged cell phone size speaker phones inadequate to a degree...
Preferably, supplier between Jhb & Centurion.....Thanks!
